You may purchase one with your first order and receive a discount on that as well! Orders Can I Pre-order items before they are released? Yes! Pre-orders are one of the most important. Manufacturers are only making to order on just about everything. Pre-orders are the best way for me to know how much to bring in as well to make sure you can get that item once it is released! How Do I Pay For A Order? I Only except Paypal, Bank Money Orders, and bidpay! You can pay securely with any major credit card or bank account through PayPal! This is the fastest way to get order on the way! What Currency is your site? All Prices are in Canadian Dollars! Can I Pick-up? Picks up are by appointment only! Returns & Refund Policies Can I return products? Products can be returned in original packaging and shrink wrap where applicable. Due to damages only!See item description for more details. Open merchandise will not be accepted or refunded. All originally packaged merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Shipping is not-refundable. A 10% restocking fee applies. What happens if the item I purchased is no longer in stock? If you purchase an item off our website, and the item is no longer in stock, your full payment will be refunded. You will be notified withing 2-3 days should your purchase contain any items which are no longer available. We do our best to remove items as they are out of stock. In the event that a limited quantity item is over sold, stock will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. Do I have to pay shipping when I return a product? Yes, you are responsible for shipping charges to return a product to us. What happens if I have opened the packaging, and item is damaged? All items are packed for shipping. In the unlikely event that you receive an item damaged, will will refund it even though the original packaging has been broken. A 10% restocking fee applies. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
